It seems incredible that someone could sell a 32 ton jack for £43 so I had serious doubts but ummed and erred and took a chance. The bottom line is you need to be realistic. There is no extension screw at this price but most importantly it seems to work fine and it is half the price of other similar spec jacks that look suspiciously the same to me. I expected that the pump seal (not the main lifting Ram) would probably weep a bit, they often do after a time, but unfortunately straight out of the box it was leaving enough oil on each stroke that after a few pumps the oil ran back down the (small) cylinder which was not acceptable and the pump cylinder had a small mark on it, so back it went. The packaging was woefully inadequate - just a thin box which arrived completely ripped and open so The Jack was a bit battered and scratched and had a small dent. The small pump cylinder on the replacement jack weeps a little but critically the cylinder is unblemished - it will work fine for my needs , I will replace the seals when necessary. Again the Jack arrived half out of the ripped box scratched and with a bent handle - Not a deal breaker but a shame they can't be bothered to use appropriate packaging so don't expect to receive it cosmetically perfect. Value for money 6 stars out of 5. Quality - Does the job but don't have unreasonable expectations given the price

Lifts everything except my will to go to the gym. Bought this 20-ton KATSU jack because I wanted something that could actually handle my van, my mate’s van, and probably the neighbour’s caravan if it came to it. This thing did not disappoint. The moment I unboxed it, I swear I heard dramatic action-movie music. It’s chunky, solid, and gives off pure “I can lift your house if you ask nicely” energy. Using it is stupidly easy — a few pumps and suddenly whatever you’re lifting is floating like you’ve just performed mechanical witchcraft. I lifted my van and for a second I genuinely felt like a superhero. A sweaty, confused, DIY superhero. The jack doesn’t creak, wobble, complain or judge you. It just gets on with the job like a true legend. I’ve used jacks before that sounded like they were screaming for help — this one didn’t even flinch. Since getting it: My van went up smoother than my last date My confidence skyrocketed My neighbour came over just to watch (free entertainment) I’m now the unofficial “lifting guy” of the street Five stars. If this jack had a slogan, it would be: “20 tons? Cute. Give me something challenging.”

Little bit flimsy but does the job. Wouldn't use it for regular work. Too small and light.

I wouldn't have beieved something so slall and compacy could lift my caravan off the ground so easily! Great value and easy to use.

Dangerously bad. The valve is sticky not smooth and the whole thinks says cheap. Just spend the extra money and buy and decent pro brand, when it's your life.

This is a very cheap bottle jack. It does what its supposed to do very well. The jack handle will probably be lost as it is in 2 parts and does not clip to the jack itself. A screwdriver and a pair of pliers will work just as well. I'm very happy.

It's one of the worst item i have bought on amazon because it failed to work completely. Very sad.
