I was having a difficult time not drifting off in the middle of the day. Renue has helped me not sleep when I don't want to.

The first bottle I received had a powder in it. This second bottle has a soft but solid substance inside each capsule as seen in the picture. This does not seem normal, has anyone else seen this?

Been taking for about a month and I seem to have more energy. I'm usually exhausted by 9pm. Now I go to bed at 11. We shall see what happens in the long term
