Ideal replacement for a broken valve in my ice tea maker. What I liked most was the extended reach so a glass doesn't have to be held so tightly to the jar. Makes dispensing much easier.

It has been working great for almost a year now. Would buy again.

Saved me from having to replace the whole water dispenser. Easy to install...just note the assembly when you unscrew the old one to be sure you put the pieces in the right order.

The water dispenser which I bought, came with a spigot that began dripping after a few months. I bought this Bluewave replacement and it has worked without problem, thru heavy usage, for 4 years.

I had bought a replacement faucet and a Bluewave 3 gallon water bottle. After installing the replacement faucet in an older 2 gallon water bottle, the faucet lasted maybe 3 months; the tab to start the waterflow had broken off. Then I took the faucet from the new 3 gallon water bottle and installed it in the 2 gallon water bottle, and that faucet started to leak. Now I have a container under the faucet to catch the leaks. Definitely a design or manufacturing flaw. I'm not sure if I should take a chance to buy another replacementfaucet.

I ordered 4 of these for some beverage decanters I fabricated for a local Palm Springs desert resort hotel. Within a week I was called by my customer to let me know that all four of them were leaking ... not from the place where they go through the wall of the decanter but from where the fluid is normally dispensed.Now I suppose I know why they were so inexpensive :(

This item, after installed, leaked badly. Not enough gaskets to prevent leakage.

Seems to be a fine product, but be sure to measure your opening first. My crock opening is only 5/8" so this doesn't work for me.

These are great replacements. I bought 2 and they brought new life to my 30 year old crock. They shiped very fast. I recomend buying 2, one for back-up. They are cheap enough and will save time if you need to replace one. I do not see the first one I put on wearing out anytime soon. Well worth the price!

Worked exactly as it was described. No complaints.

This was a "repair/replacement" for my old "tea jug". The original had begun leaking-& I'd rather "repair than replace"- especially since the "replacements" are plastic now-I preferr the glass I have.

Works better than the original one

I purchased this in black to replace my broken valve from my drink dispenser. Works and fits like a charm. Just make sure you check the dimensions of the opening before ordering.
