Insole for Work Boots. Extra Cushion Insole with Flexible Support and Adaptive Arch and Gel Insert. for Men and Women

My husband has to wear dress shoes to work, but works 10+ hour days and is on his feet for 90% of it, so he's been literally walking through the bottoms of his shoes within a couple months... trying around TEN different pairs of insoles, these are the ONLY ones that fit him! He has ridiculously wide size 12.5 feet (he buys a 13W to accommodate!) and these FIT!!! The hard area on the bottom is exactly where he's been wearing out his shoes, plus, the softness across the ball and side of his foot alleviated pain he's been having very quickly. I will update as he wears them more, but seriously, after as many pairs as he's tried and found fault with and I've had to ship back... and as many pairs of his dress shoes we've tossed this past year because the bottoms wore through... these are a godsend! initially when i received the insole and put them in the fit was spot on, however, due to my particular foot there was some discomfort. At some point I contacted the seller just to say that they didn't fit my foot just right, the customer support rep., Molly, was incredible, she would not settle for anything less than 100% satisfied with the product, she emailed back and forth with me until she had the information she needed and promptly sent me 2 alternate pairs of insoles, the new ones are perfect and feel great.

If not that comfortable in my work boots when I stand all day because I'm a labor worker but it's amazing in my tennis shoes when I'm just going for a walk or just working out or something so I prefer these as my everyday shoes did my work boots

These insoles are not as comfortable or padded as I had hoped. For the price they are ok. Definitely wouldn't recommend for people who are on their feet all day, especially if you work on concrete. I added these to my existing Keen insole and they are passable.

My flat feet need some help when it comes to work boots. These Sole Lab insoles are like magic. Super arch support and with the even pressure distribution, I can finally go all day with happy feet. It was so easy to do.My feet feel GREATwith these trimmed up and slipped in. If you're a flat foot like me, you're going to be glad you got these.I know I am. :-)

It arrived thin and hard. Thinking it'll be good material I went 10 hours for four days in the mountains working and these soles provided no comfort. In three hours my feet were pulsing.I put another set of soles and made it more manageable after to work.Dr.Soles provided more comfort in a year than these in a week.

I used these in my work boots- steel toed boots and I'm on my feet for 12 a night. I tried several insoles and they just made my feet hurt in different places. I decided to give these a shot. When I took them out of the package, I have to admit, I was not impressed. I put them in my boots anyway and by the end of the first night I noticed my feet were not hurting anymore. Truly the best insole I have ever tried and have pretty high arches. I hope this helps someone else find help, these are the real deal.I had to come back to this with a follow up. After about a week of wearing these my feet started to hurt worse than before, not sure why they initially felt pretty good. I'm giving it 2 stars, but only because they have a money back guarantee.

They seem to work better for me in a natural sole , not so much in a boot that is higher at the sole and lower at the toe.I did have some of the covering start to peel, but in there defense I changed it in & out of different shoes for a week or twoI would use this insole again
