Very thick and concentrated I have to thin it out because it clogs the fabric softener dispenser but it does smell wonderful

Nice scent, but I feel like you’d have to use half the bottle for a load to project any scent at all. It says concentrate and the cap is tiny but I feel like you’d have to at a minimum double or quadruple the recommended amount for a tiny load of laundry even. Not worth the price for me unfortunately.

Not the fragrance I was expecting nor did I notice my laundry any softer or retained the scent. Overall, disappointed.

it arrived broken and I ordered a replacement

Amazon wouldn't let me upload the pictures of broken items but it came in a big box with NO wrapping and the lid was all cracked and softener spilled everywhere starting from the spot UPS delivered it on to inside. It does smell really nice but it should be packed to not break.
