Sturdy and work like they should
I've used two of these so far and have yet to have any issues. One connected two ethernet cables to make a longer cable and one was installed in a wall faceplate for my printer. I've not had any issues with speed and the build quality gives me hope that it will last for quite a while.

Shell is flimsy, but should hold up well over time once installed in keystone
There is not a lot to say about this product. It's a coupler, it works, it does fit in my Monoprice branded keystones and are narrow enough to not cause obstructions. The shell itself is an incredibly thin metal that is two piece and bent together along a circumferential seam to form the overall length of the unit. It's thin, it's flimsy, and the seam is not sturdy, but it's only there as an interference shield in theory as the actual clip to the keystone and the overall superstructure of the couple is an interior plastic piece molded around the pins. Installed in a keystone, it should be fine long term.

Appear to be good mechanical quality, no issues
These are shielded F-F keystone couplers, Cat6 per ad. I'm using them to replace old plastic Cat5 couplers at a few junction points inline in my recently-upgraded-to-1 Gb/s network. I am not using them as true Keystone panel jacks, just as ordinary inline couplers, so cannot comment on panel-mount aspects. All I can say is that they work (electrically), and appear by eye to be robust and reasonably well designed (mechanically). Without a TDR there's not much more detail that can be added.Another reviewer [gusiii, review date Jan. 10, 2024] reported some bent shielding on two of the couplers that he received, possibly indicative of a seller QC issue. Based on that concern, I checked all of the ones I received (pack of 10), but did not notice any distortion of the shielding on any of them, or any indication of mishandling. For my application, they're fine, no issues, so giving 5 stars.

Essential components for a tidy rack
When setting up my home rack, I didn't see a need for a patch panel. I have cables coming from all over the house into my Ubiquiti UDM-SE console and 16-port switch. The cable organizer that I'm using is OK, but I can now see that having those cables plugged into the back of a patch panel and then connecting to the appropriate ports via 6-inch patch cables is a much neater and more compact solution. So I've put a patch panel in a rack slot between the console and the switch. My understanding is that I might get marginally better performance if I replaced the RJ45 connectors on the incoming cables with punch-down Keystone connectors, but for my needs I doubt I would notice any difference. The sturdy metal bodies of these couplers snap securely into the Ubiquiti panel.
