I bought this slicker on the recommendation of Amy Lee. She demonstrated it on video and, WOW, was she right. Our Cavapoo's hair is silken and full like never before. Best of all he seems to like it better than a regular brush we've been using. He is brushed every night and seems to actually be enjoying the brushing. I would recommend it to anyone with a dog with hair that is a poodle mix like Cavapoo.

This bush is as described. The bristles do have a small epoxy ball to cover the tip of a normally sharp tipped slicker brush. My German shepherd and 2 Belgian malinois do enjoy getting brushed, even rolling over to have their sensitive tummies brushed. Works well.

I love this brush it dematts everything and if I have an extremely mad at dog I put it in the tub I take my brush and I brush the dog with the soap and I add the stuff to the coat and I brush it through even though I don't get all the mats I get a lot of them and then when I take it out the tub I go soaking wet to the dog with the same brush and I brush out the rest of the knots that are in the dog and they come right out Best brush ever.

I am one week now using this brush on my goldendoodle, just to finish his daily brush. I noticed that his fur gets lets tangled when I finish it with this brush.

I bought this bristle brush to use on my girl Husky and had high hopes for it. Unfortunately, the bristles are short and only brush the surface hair but does nothing for the undercoat. However, she seems to like it unlike some others that I have used so that's a plus even though it doesn't do a complete job. Another plus is that it is PERFECT for my Carolina boy and he seems to actually enjoy this brush which is a great unexpected surprise.I'm glad I bought two of them!

The soft slicker has rounded tips that are much gentler than other slickers and don’t scratch our pup’s skin. He’s still not a huge fan of the slicker brush, but he’s more tolerant of the soft one and it does a great job of collecting loose hairs in his coat.

I have two large breed hairy dogs (Leonberger's) and I've been on the look out for a great brush. Most of the brushes, combs or rakes I've got before haven't really done the job. My biggest issue with them is that the fur gets everywhere when I brush the dogs, all over my cloths and face etc! Got this brush today, brushed both dogs and it works great! I've not got a slicker before because I've felt that the pins might be too rough so the fact that these are covered with pin tips. I was able to brush them quickly without extra fur flying all over! LOVE it!

Love this brush. Helps keep our doodle from getting matted.
