Pillsbury The Big Book Of Easy Baking With Refrigerated Dough (Betty Crocker Big Book)

I love cookbooks like this except this one makes me happy in a way. The recipes are so well thought out. There are savory, entree, sweet, snack, dessert, casseroles, pizza, cookies and bars. The recipes are so good sounding and delicious and family oriented that I think you too will be happy with these refrigerated dough recipes. I've made several recipes for a group I belong too and they made me embarrassed as they kept going on about me being such a baker. I never used to use tube dough and now I do. I'm older and it hurts to bake a long dough recipe. Everyone likes the dough when it is a base for something. So why not make your life easier and use refrigerated dough.

There are a ton of recipes in this cookbook, ranging from family friendly to exotic; some have long ingredient lists, some are short. Many of them have caught my eye! But, speaking of catching my eye.... this cookbook is lacking in the picture department. I know it's silly, but I eat with my eyes and gravitate toward the pictures. I was pretty disappointed to see that not all the recipes have pictures and honestly probably wouldn't have purchased the book if I had realized this in advance. I still think there are some great recipes in here so I'm going to keep it and give it a shot

Great book. I am looking forward to using these recipes. When I first get a cookbook I go through it page by page and dogear the recipes I think will be good. Have dogeared quite a few in this book. The book arrived promptly and in excellent condition. Will do business with this seller again.

Great book!!! My grandson has celiac and is new to the illness. I was happy to find quite a few recipes that are Gluten Free, as well as regular recipes. I'll be able to easily bake the Thanksgiving pies for my family and be able to bake a coule of gluten free for Ryan.

Just tried two recipes and they were easy to make and tasted good.Because I am a vegetarian it will take a little work transforming some of the recipes into meatless ones.

I was expecting more dessert recipes. It is an easy read with some great recipes. Short ingredient lists. Simple, easy recipes that make it possible for everyone to find some good things to bake and eat. Quite a few gluten free recipes. Well worth the price!

Good quality book. Alot of useful recipes and nice pictures. Glad I bought it. I will definitely try some recipes.
