What I needed and at a decent price.

Not a whole lot you can say about simple hardware like this. The threading for the closure of the shackle works properly. For something that comes in a box (like, really, had a retail box to it) the surface finish is kind of rough. For most people that won't matter one bit, but just know the finish is below what you would expect off the rack at your local big box hardware store.

I bought the 1/2" size for tying down my 4-wheeler on the trailer. Once I received them and saw how heavy and stout they were I realized I could have gotten away with a size or two smaller. These things are seriously heavy duty! Considering that you get 4 of them per order, I can honestly say that it was literally "a steal" at the price they were asking for them. Well worth it for sure.

I needed a very specific size and this seems to work perfectly.
