I have two bulging disc and bone spurs in the back of my neck, I’m supposed to be getting surgery but haven’t yet and at this point of time I’m desperate to stop the pain! I got this and absolutely love it!! It’s the right amount of heat for my neck and it TAKES THE PAIN AWAY! Omg this going to be my new best friend! I’m so happy that I got it! I have tried everything I even purchased different pillows everything I could think of and I’m definitely satisfied with this heating neckbrace!! If I could give it more than five stars I definitely would! highly recommend this!!

It did me no good at all and was uncomfortable

It was o.k The smell was strong.

Maybe you should put a warning notice regarding the use of water on a Tourmaline material because I am suffering from severe burning sensation on the neck after only 5 minutes of wearing it. Now I'm putting ice pack on the back of the neck to relieve the pain.

With neck brace in place, I laid down for an hours nap on my back. It did improve the circulation of my neck and shoulder area. Off an on neck pain I have had for years did stop. My neck feels great not tight, a wonderful wake up for me. I do use this brace while relaxing for maintenance, a perfect purchase. I bought one for a relative who has a neck injury and many chiropractor visits, I was told it really did help (wrn while resting). Thank you.

When I got this I didn’t realize that it actually has heat and magnets in it too. In the instructions it says to put a little water on the pad before putting it on your neck and after 10 to 20 minutes it starts to heat up. This is a great benefit I did not know about and I’m very happy that I purchased this Neckbrace. I have chronic neck and back pain from a car accident and I’m always dealing with pain in one form or another as a result.

After activating the neck brace with water and wearing it I experienced severe burning on the back of my neck.Also, this brace was a poor fit as it bunched up in back. I would not recommend this brace to anyone. I had to put ice packs on my neck to help with the burning pain.

I did read the reviews before I purchased, so I was a bit leery about the heat. Def does get much hotter when you moisten with water, but in all honesty, it worked wonders. I was able to wear for about 25 minutes without discomfort, and it did such a great job of easing the pain in my neck. I do recommend this, just know your limits. I do wish that the front part with the velcro was a bit wider, but other than that, this was a great purchase.
