Product Description The CALL-HEAR access alerter provides businesses, retailers, public facilities and other organisations an affordable compliant access assistance solution. CALL-HEAR is a "call for help" system that will alert you when a customer at the entrance to your premises needs assistance or service. People meet physical barriers preventing access to retail units, petrol stations, banks, public buildings, restaurants, shops hotels and airports. This access alert system designed specifically to aid door entry and onsite assistance. Are your facilities wide enough for a wheelchair or pram, you may not be aware that they are losing valuable custom? The Call Hear call assist alert system consists of an external shield unit which can be easily mounted onto a glass door or window. The external unit has an easily recognisable transmitter that can be easily operated using a bell push system or using the supplied Call-Key coupler for regular users. The indoor unit consists of a battery operated cordless chime unit, which can be located at the reception desk, customer service point or supervisors office. The external unit is activated manually by a bell-push or by the Call-Key coupler, which will send a signal to the chime unit, the person responsible is notified by means of a loud tone and/or bright flashing light alerting them to the fact that a visitor requires assistance. Additional external units can be added for larger facilities. Transmission distance between the units can be between 30-60 metres depending on the environment.
