It is very simple and easy to operate.
My Jack was delivered in time as scheduled to arrive. It is very nice, sturdy, stable, easy to use, lift capacity is high, beautiful blue color, safe to use and with a durable big black box that contains all the relevant accessories one needs to work with the jack and I love it.

This item is excellent. 101%. I will definitely recommend. It jacked up my SUV with ease. Have it a month now or so and used it several times. No complaints from me.. how the look the material and its feels durable and heavy enough. Portable. I take it everywhere I travel

saves you from laying on the ground and getting dirty
my car is pretty low but works well on my car. easy to use. just plug in to the 12v outlet and go. Feels like it will last for awhile and feels safer than using conventional jack. also way faster and cheaper than a floor jack

Jack works just fine but noisy.
My OEM jack - scissor lift type - thread stripped while being used. Not good. Imordered this jack cause Im a bit older (74) and didn't want to stuggle with the jack and stuff. I removed and rotated my tires with this jack and it was a pleasant experience. What type of vehicle a 3400 pound Lincoln MKC. It was slow and at one point I thought the jack would give up, a bit of noise and complaints but it lifted the vehicle and allowed me to get the job done. I carry it in the car all the time now, just in case I'm on the side of the road with a flat. Oh and the wrench, it's a crazy functioning impact wrench but it works just fine to loosen and tighten the wheels to 100ft lbs - pretty decent. Why not five stars? Lots of plastic, slow, noisy and the cord needs to be about three feet longer. It was a little tight reach the rear wheels on the passenger side. I guess its because of the location of the battery on my car - under the dash.

Not Stable
The diameter of the lifting pad is less than 2" and the base plate is only 3x6". The lifting pad is offset, not centered on the base plate. My floor jack has 4" for the lifting pad and 12x19" for the footing. For safety, I cant use this jack lifting a car.
