Stunning Patterns
I need to start by saying this. I am 43 and my grandmother taught me how to embroider when I was 5. Embroidery has come a LONG way since the "yellow pack" patterns. There's nothing wrong with the classics, but the new stuff just blows my mind! My grandmother would have cried once she saw the patterns in this book(I know I did). They are beautiful!! My boyfriend ordered this for me for my birthday and man, he knows how to pick em! This is a purchase you will not regret!!

Adorable transfer patterns
I really liked this book! I bought it mostly for the transfers and I was not disappointed! The patterns transferred easily with a bit of pressure and are very pretty and somewhat whimsical. While there are several patterns that fit into a 10" hoop the are others that can be cut up and placed in smaller hips easily.

WOW worth every penny!
This is an epic embroidery pattern book. I'm so impressed with it.Full page patterns and smaller ones you can coordinate. Blank pages in between patterns to prevent transfer.I'm intrigued by the White Work patterns. I'll give it a try. For transfer to dark fabric you'll need a white washable pen/ pencil available at your craft store ( JoAnn, Hobby lobby). You will trace the design, not iron. It's been decades since I last embroidered, this book is giving me the motivation to get started again!

Missing a Lot of Basics
I could have used some picture pages to stir the imagination on color choices and possible stitching. Pretty disappointed.

Sweet little book.
Nice little book although I think some of the illustrations are a bit babyish but there are some of them that are nice look forward to using it fast delivery although the book did appear to be a little bit crumpled.

Woodland creatures templates for embroidery
Lovely designs, arrived within a few days, handy wallet back of book to store templates you have taken out to use. I haven't tried them yet, however can't wait to get started. Templates could be used to trace and colour, or to transfer onto fabric.

Lovely transfers
It is a nice book, but I would have liked some photos of finished transfers, as I am a beginner at Embroidery.
