Great sound, easy played.
been back playing Clarinet after a long long absence since end of March.Using a simple Yamaha 4C mouth piece and this is the best reed i have come accross yet.Tried Vandoran, Eastar, Rico and a few others and really this sounds so much better!Slight emboucher adjustment was required, but once i got that (30 seconds to 1 min trying) the sound was crisp clear and smoother!!!! Ill be trying more of these and more of the Légére range

I almost can't believe how good it sounds
The sound seems to be produced so effortlessly, and it sounds so smooth. And somehow this reed squeaks so much rarer than the cane reeds I used (Vandoren V12, Rico). Maybe it depends on the clarinet and the mouthpiece, but for me this reed is just perfect.

This exceeded expectations. It does not play exactly as a traditional wood reed, and so requires some small initial adjustment of technique. However, once mastered, I find this synthetic reed allows for a greater range of tone and more precise control. The only downside is that it can be vulnerable to condensation buildup on the underside while playing.

Not very nice
I did not like this at all. I found it difficult to get a decent tone from it. Gone back to Vandoren.

Split Reed
The reed sounded OK. But it split in less than a week. Very expensive for this quality. Only played it about an hour a day. Amazon refunded cost without question.

Very poor reed
Poor quality reed which is unusual for this company. I have had to throw it in the bin because I could barely make a sound wih it

So easy to use!
I love the Legere reeds! They are SO much easier to use than the cane ones! Lasts MUCH longer and easier to keep clean..I’m no expert but I’ve been using them on my sax previously and never had any issues..Worth every penny & whilst it may cost more initially, it lasts for months, & am more than happy with the overall sound it produces! Definitely gets a huge thumbs up from me! 👌👌👌
