I’ve been using this product for over a year and it has made a huge difference in my gut health . No more reflux, better digestion, and I seem to get sick less often. It’s easy to use, mixes well and no taste. Highly recommend.

honestly, I want to gatekeep this. It’s hard to find a fiber supplement with this much dietary fiber per serving, but this one works. It tastes awful, but it does do its job.

Used it and feel it to have worked on some level, as digestion improved some. It tastes neutral, easily mixes with any drink and is well tolerated. Bulletproof is a great brand, however a bit pricey. Great health is not cheap and could be the investment you are seeking after.

Really good! Has NO flavor and desolve quickly in liquids. (I usually will use a glass of water)

I highly recommend for increasing fiber intake. It doesn’t dissolve well in liquid so it’s best to go in a morning smoothie and it doesn’t change the flavor of your smoothie which is a bonus over other products that are flavored.

DONT BE FOOLED THIS PRODUCT ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT DISSOLVE EASILY. IF YOU PUT IT IN SOMETHING HOT IT CAN BE STIRRED IN WITH A LITTLE WORK (STIRRING REPEADATLY AND SMASHING IT AGAINST THE SIDE OF THE MUG). IF YOU TRY TO PUT IT IN SOMETHING REFRIGERATED..... WELL GOOD LUCK. OTHER THAN THAT IT WORKS GREAT AS FAR AS SUPPLEMENTING YOUR FIBRE AND KEEPING YOU REGULAR.
