Great weights
These actually make me want to work out. Essy to use, comparable quality to Bala. No messiness compared to sand filled ones or those with cloth cover which after a lot of sweat are kind of gross.

Quality and comfort
Very comfortable fit; you forget you have them on your ankles. Very easy to put on and take off and store. The Velcro is very strong and stays in place. Hi quality product.

The price is painful but they’ve worked well
I did NOT want to spend this kind of cash on weighted bands, but I really haven’t found another alternative that I like half as well. They are well-built and have lasted through months of intense workouts without slipping or coming off. Unless there’s a brand that has come up with something nearly identical (and not the off-brand version with diagonal-designed weights) I’d definitely recommend these!

Functional
I loved this equipment. It was comfortable to wear, beautiful and perfect weight for my wrists. This item had every thing I needed in exercise equipment. However, I gave an overall rating oh 3 stars because the smell of this equipment irritated my throat. Sadly, I had to return it. If they can get rid of the smell, I will purchase it again.

Great for short walks - not long exercises
I bought these for the purpose of getting a little arm work out in while walking on the treadmill in the mornings. They are great for adding some weight to my wrists for some "mall-walking arms".I will say the Velcro can be uncomfortable if it is not attached perfectly. Additionally I have fairly small/boney wrists and my protruding bones start to hurt so I find myself adjusting them. If I walk for anymore than 30-45minutes they are just annoying so I take them off.

use them when i do zumba. don’t move around on the arm and i eventually forgot they were even on! really helped me get my arms a bit more toned.
