Delicious recipes and gorgeous photos of them
This book has a great variety of Mediterranean/middle eastern recipes which are both very delicious and also very healthy. The photos want you to try them all, and the recipes are not that difficult. i am very happy adding this book to my collection and would highly recommend it to anyone enjoying middle eastern cuisine.jeanne R.

The Book is Beautiful, I want to try everything in it.... well almost. The recipes are somewhat complicated and the ingredients hard to find in my area.

È la prima recensione in italiano. Io e mia moglie seguiamo da un po’ José Andrés e ammiriamo le sue buone azioni, è una persona bella. Zaytinya è solo un piccolo modo per contribuire ai progetti dello chef. Il libro è esteticamente piacevole e le ricette ben spiegate.

Delicious and beautiful food. My new favorite cookbook!
I have been cooking from this book non-stop since it came out. Beautifully photographed, each dish is delicious and exactly what I want to be eating and serving right now. Jose Andres is my hero in the kitchen and out. Love the man and his food.NB: There are a couple of omissions in a couple of the recipes. I"m sure that they will fix them in future printings and it won't really make a difference in the end results of the dishes. BUY THIS BOOK.
