This is an update to my prior review. I messaged the seller to ask about a replacement. The seller asked me to provide my contact information directly to them. I wrote the seller back and asked that they process a refund/replacement through Amazon. After another follow up when they did not respond, I asked the seller for a refund if they were not willing to replace the product through Amazon. The seller messaged me back and again asked me to provide contact information to them.I got on a chat with an Amazon rep who strongly recommended not to provide contact information. Amazon was good enough to provide me with a refund/return label and took the seller out of the equation on my end. Be wary of this seller.First, I have enjoyed these headphones over the past month. They connect easily, the sound is great, and they stay in my ear for the most part while running (occasionally must reach up and re-position one or the other, but one has never completely fallen out). While I am happy with these headphones, I have only given it three stars because just after the return period expired, the charging port on one of the ear buds became damaged. I don't know exactly why or what happened. I have had plenty of accessories with a similar size usb. That ear bud no longer charges or turns on. The other ear piece continues to work as it is supposed to.I have messaged the seller and hope to receive a replacement. I can't say that this is a defect and that this will happen to this product consistently. Absent this development, these have been good and reliable. I will update my review if and when I hear from the seller.

The headphones themselves work great, no volume control buttons so that sort of sucks, but the battery last forever as each bud has its own battery and as such, it comes w a Y charger to be able to simultaneously charge both earbuds at once. This charger may or may not work. Ours didn't upon arrival. When I contacted the seller I was instructed to just purchase a new charger for it, which I refused to do. Contacted Amazon and was able to have the issue resolved with satisfaction. If you are interested in these headphones, I suggest you find a different seller than these people.

I didn't like them at all, because they were very hard to pair to me Note 4, and at times to each other, than the right one would not charge anymore,not good, and this was only one of a few times i'be been unsatisfied, most of the thinks I get from Amazon are GREAT! CAN'T WIN THEM ALL, BUT YOU GUYS DO TRY!😉 THANKS FOR THE EFFORT!

So far so good! I must say, I didn't think they would stay on my ears during my workouts but they do. And the volume is great! It feels good to not have that wire hanging on the back of my neck like my last pair of wireless workout headphones.

They were working great for like a week or 2. But now, I'm having connecting both at the same time and one is shorting out when I walk more then a foot away from my ipod or turn my head away from my ipod. For the price you pay you would think they would work.

I really like the headphones. The reviews are great. The only thing I didn’t like is when I got the package it came in the box with one headphone outside of the packaging like someone took it out of the packaging and threw it back in the box and re packaged it. Although it doesn’t look repackaged I’m happy with the product, just kinda freaked me out a little.

I have not used the product yet.....one side of the Y charger does not work. Waiting for response to my request to get a replacement. Disappointed.
