Just trying to use this product one year after buying it. None of the cartridges work – most of them leaked all over my hands. Disaster!

Black cartridges did not work . All ordered did
Both Black cartridges were not recognised by my hp printer .I’ve ordered a HP black cartridge which has worked 1st time. I’ve messaged seller but no response
