bought this for a flight attendant, so it gets lots of use. It's tearing at the seams already. So if you are an occasional traveler, this might be okay for you. Reason for the 5star rating: it fits a lot /holds a lot, compact and easy to use in hotels. It made not be made for the use it gets from a flight attendant.

zipper came off and hook to hang it up when open came apart at the stitch first time use. Very poor quality. I did not return it as I traveled with it already and was not worth the effort. I can still use just don't use the compartment with broken zipper
