Very excited about this product for a variety of reasons! The outer edges of the pillow are firm and supportive, yet the inner section is soft and more giving to provide the baby with more comfort while still being safely positioned. The waterproof covers and outer cases are amazing features; anyone dealing with infants knows just how messy they can be!... looking forward to not having to wash the entire unit and wait for it to dry before being able to use it again. I also love the idea of having back up protectors and cases for the pillow. Lastly, the cases are much softer that I thought they would be just by looking at the pictures and the color is perfect for either gender, which is an additional plus… especially because I’m planning to use it with multiple children/pass it on to others after I’ve used it.

Just arrived and so far I’m super happy with it. Firm but Comfy feeling and the sheets feel nice. Everything looks and feels really good quality.

Great lounger. Very impressed with the quality. Exactly as advertised. I couldn't find any other loungers that were waterproof and came with extra covers.

It's super hard I had to fold up a throw blanked just to give it some softness it's long the position is good just wish it was softer
