We have 3 factories which are audit by our customers. Our main customers are Walmart, Target and Sears/Kmart in US, Asda, Tesco, Kaufland and Marks&Spencer in EU. All our products will be random picked and sent to third party lab test room like ITS, BV adn SGS for testing of physical and chemical. We don't ship any products before get the pass report from them. In order to gurantee the quality of our products, we had set up the QA/QC team in our factory, QC will 100 % check the products on the production line. QA will random check in warehouse, if they are can not meet the AQL, all production will be sent back to production line for 100% check till they are passed inspecton by QA again.
