These foot switches from Spitzenspannung Elektrotechnik offer the perfect solution for industrial surroundings. They enable you to operate machines whilst still allowing you to have complete freedom of movement for your upper body. They are often fitted to machines in cases where operating by hand is not possible due to structural access or procedural reasons. The foot switches have a protective cover made from robust plastic, which is available in grey, red and yellow. The base is also made of very durable thermoplastic. A total of three different actuation versions are available: - a pedal without an additional protective device - a pedal with a safety lever - pedal lock. All foot switches from Spitzenspannung have the IP 65 protection rating and thus guarantee optimal protection from dust and moisture. There are 3 positions on the casing where cable entry is possible, though this is done with a screw connection on the back of casing as standard. Inside the casing there is a cable strain relief attached for protecting the foot switch and the cable. On the bottom of the casing, there are 4 non-slip feet that provide a secure hold on any surface. All screws used are made of stainless material.
