I use my phone a lot and used to recharge more than twice a day. I have had this case about 8 months now and have not once had to charge more than once. Plug it in at night and use it all I need. I have an unlimited data account and use my Hotspot for all my internet needs - I've hit 100 gb per month several times. I am very careful with my phone and really cannot say how much protection it offers, but it has a heck of a battery.

This case works great. I have been using it for about 2 full days now and it works just as it says in the the instructions. It gives 140% power and can charge the case and the phone at the same time. After the initial charge out of the package I had to charge the case once and that was after a full day and night and a half of a day not of charging. I would recommend purchasing this item for regular use. Also, the case is a little bulky. However, it's not bulky to a large degree. You will feel it in your pocket, but it's not going to take away a lot of space. I was still able to put my wallet in my pocket with no problem.

The self-charger is fantastic! I use my phone for all activities, which warranted my purchase of this device. Thus, there is no longer a need for me to lug around a charger. Awesome! As well, th case is a fortress for the back and sides of the phone. They are covered by a strong layer of rubber or silicone meant to absorb shocks in case of a fall. However, unfortunately, the case does not have a lip or similar-type protection for the front of the phone, which leaves it susceptible to damage and crack if it should fall face down. Nonetheless, I love this battery case.

This case is well-designed and offers everything but screen protection. The edge protection is just right, covering the screen just up to where the display begins. So, there's no interference with touching or viewing. The battery in this case also charges my S8+ to full charge and still has a little bit to spare, so the case's battery should be capable of getting most people through the day, even with heavy phone use. And with light use, I was able to keep my phone unplugged for over 3 days (by charging it once with the case).I wish the case had a privacy flap for the front and a kickstand for the back. The privacy flap would offer some screen protection on top of the privacy factor. A kickstand would also be great for this since I used to use either the kickstand or the flap in order to take pictures (using them as a makeshift tripod).Also, it would be nice if there was a better battery indicator. This case's button changes colors based on how much charge is left in its battery, but I'd prefer a more concrete idea of what the current charge is. I don't know how close to dead the battery is once the light goes red, and I don't know how close to full it is when the light is blue.

Best purchase I have made for my phone. I bought this at the same time I bought my phone, so the weight wasn't an issue for me because I never knew anything different.I have been using it for a while now and I have never had to plug my phone in during the day. I charge it every night and that's it. Use my phone constantly to keep up with our business. Use my phone for pandora in the car. Have used my phone as a wifi hotspot.My only complaint and its super minor is that when charging at night the charging indicator light is white and flashes... Its very bright. I just put electrical tape over it, problem solved. I also realize not everyone charges at night, so this may not even matter to very many people.

The charge on this case is horrible. I had one similar to this for my s8 and it worked great, but this one will only give me 40% charge before it dies. I am comparing to a previous one I owned (different brand) but the difference is night and day. The one I had for my s8 would give two full charges but was a little heavier. This one is lighter but like previously stated will only charge 40% before going dead. If you want good quality, look elsewhere!

Keeps my battery at 100% throughout the day! Game changer for people like me thay are used to having low battery by en of day and having to limit use. I like the simple, minimal design for the battery case. Just keep in mind you charge it using your usb c cable, I only had my wireless charger but coincidentally also ordered a usb c charger and it worked out perfect for me.

The battery case works great, it charges my phone fine. I don’t know if it’s a case issue or a design flaw with the Galaxy S8 itself. Putting this case on, severely affects your data signal. For a long time, I thought my office had poor cell signal, as soon as I took my case off, viola 4G with 3 bars.
