TBH, I have no idea how effective this is in my case, I am using it on my leg and knee which are struggling to recover from a major op. No way to tell whether it's benefitted me or not, but the placebo effect is a real thing, so hopefully some benefit!Sarcasm aside, the Senior Physiotherapist I see speaks very highly of RLT, and I will say that this seems a very high-quality piece of kit, you certainly get what you pay for I think. My review is based on the quality of the device rather than a medical evaluation!I will start to use as a more general wellbeing thing soon rather than focus on my operation site, I hear good things about RLT as a general wellbeing aid. I should say my other half used it on her shoulder for aches and pains a few times and did feel it helped.

solid peice of kit with 72 quad chips and plenty of power , recommended dose is 3-4 minutes for skin treatment but I'm doing 5 minutes at 18 inch away , my skin seems better already and only takes 5 up minutes of your day ,I do feel good after using it I'll update after a month

I like that it's very simple and yet has some flexibility should i need it. Well made and just works. The timer is simple and works well, although at end it just switches off the panel so if you have relaxed too deeply it won't wake you up! I like this ultra 360.

Very cheaply made and these use the incorrect wavelengths for the main benefits. Would avoid this company at all costs

Arrived well packaged. The unit is quite heavy and well built. Easy to use. I'm yet to see the results (after 2 months of regular use) but in terms of light therapy it is early days. The one thing I have noticed is, if I use it before bed, it helps to fall asleep fast. So if you have trouble sleeping this is something to consider (along with other benefits of course).
