Cambie Sweet Round Mini Tart Shells, 1.38" Diameter, French Style Tart Shells with White Chocolate Coating (Pack of 96)

The tart shells came perfectly intact. The taste is very good. While I wished it comes in a little bigger in size, it is quite perfect for any parties. Definitely will purchase again.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:The Rose Ball formal offered a dessert buffet for refreshments. I filled these delicious mini pastries with a smooth lemon filling and topped each with a swirled meringue cookie. It was a light, delightful bite that just melted in your mouth like biting into air.

These tart shells are incredible. I made them to add to the sweet table at a baby shower. I made 96 of them with various fruit fillings and the shells provided a sturdy, delicious cookie like base. They were the first desserts that people actually stood in line to get one - or two. I will absolutely buy these again and again. They arrived so fast and packaged well. I didn’t have one broken shell. I am also going to order savory because I have killer recipe for curry chicken salad that would look pretty - and tasty too.

The mini tart did not look like it was coated with white chocolate.

Excellent product. Had a couple of shells that were broken and they refunded me. Shells were large and tasted very good. I’m a Pastry Chef and I’ve had a lot of bad shells. These tasted awesome.

These were a big hit after Easter dinner. Made an assortment of fillings. Chocolate ganache, mini cheese cakes, mini fruit tarts. Used medium rounds and large squares. They didn’t get soggy, held their shape. Nice flavor not overly sweet..just the right combination for the fillings.
