Good tasting green onion powder - no added ingredients!
This green onion powder is awesome to have on hand! Often times I wish I had green onions to add to a dish, and now I have something to use for when I forget those fresh green onions.This green onion powder tastes great on a salad, as well as on top of pasta. I can see a lot more uses for it, and will try it in some sour cream to make a green onion dip, and on top of cream cheese on a bagel. I can see adding it to soup, potatoes, and much more.I love that this green onion powder has no added preservatives - it’s made from dried green onions in Korea. I am happy with this green onion powder, and will be ordering more when I’m out.

Delicious to have on hand; adds great flavor to dips, soups, potatoes, and noodles
Green onion powder doesn't taste exactly like regular onion powder; there is a definite and nuanced difference. This powder seems to be of excellent quality. I am glad to see this available since I love to be able to sprinkle extra green onion flavor into a dish even if I've already used fresh, and of course it can save a dish if you've used all your scallions up. I am also happy to get this since I limit the amount of regular onion I use in dishes I make for my mother since too much irritates her GI, but she can eat green onions in greater quantities.
