SO THANKFUL I ORDERED THIS BRA!
I am a breast cancer patient. I had breast reconstruction back on 11.12.18. However, because I am chek2 positive, I have to have yearly mammograms and yearly breast MRIs alternating every 6 months. I hadn’t healed completely from my reconstruction yet, and was made to get a mammogram. Needless to say…the mammogram tech was having a bad day…and she took it out on me. I was in so much pain that I couldn’t even touch my right breast. The day after the mammogram, my breasts were no longer symmetrical (right breast sat higher and pulled toward my shoulder); my right breast was much smaller than my left (even though the right has the larger implant due to having to make up for the tumor removal; my right breast was no longer round; my right breast was rock hard; I had a pocket of fluid that collected above the incision where they removed the tumor; due to the trauma of the mammogram, I developed a lot of scar tissue…some of which developed at the incision/scar where the tumor was removed, and it ended up adhering to the implant itself…which made it to where the skin on my breast couldn’t move at all. Also, due to the trauma of the mammogram, my doctor said I had an “extremely pi*sed off pec muscle.” My pec muscle just couldn’t accommodate the size of the implant anymore (my implants were placed under the muscle).Due to the pandemic, and the fact my plastic surgeon moved out of state, it took me quite a while to find another surgeon I trusted. Anyway, I FINALLY had surgery to correct everything this past Monday. I had my implants removed, along with the capsules; scar tissue removed; new, smaller implants put back in; and a breast lift done to remove excess skin from where I had the tissue expanders and larger implants in the past; plus…I ended up having two drains temporarily. The surgical bra they put you in after surgery never fits correctly, are usually very scratchy, full of and extremely uncomfortable. I bought these hoping they would fit and be somewhat comfortable. Because I haven’t had my post-op appointment yet, I still have my drains, as well as all the tape, gauze, bandages, ABD pads, etc. And beneath all of that are stitches, glue and steri-strips. I’m not allowed to remove any of that stuff yet. And…the bandages aren’t even…so my breasts don’t look even at all at this point…but they will when everything is healed up 🙂When these arrived in the mail this morning…I was so happy!!! Initially, I was a bit concerned that they wouldn’t fit at the moment (I’m also still swollen). (I ordered size L. I’m 5’5, 118 lbs. Prior to this surgery, I was a 34DDD. Once healed, I should be a 34D/DD.) I had to have my husband help me get the original surgical bra off and this one on. But one it was on…it was like breathing a huge sigh of relief! It fits perfectly! And it’s so comfortable! It’s not rubbing on my drains at all. It’s not rubbing on the incisions that are under my breasts. The material is very soft, with just the right amount of stretch. I actually feel very supported, but not too snug/tight. I’ll definitely be wearing these for the foreseeable future! Absolutely worth the money!

Perfect support and comfort
The media could not be loaded. These are really nice, comfortable, well-made, reasonably priced bras. The light padding make them more feminine than the usual sports bras and surgical bras, while still providing good compression. The straps provide good support, as does the overall structure of the bra. The colors are true and vibrant. The straps are sturdy, and they wash and dry beautifully. I used M post surgery, I am very happy with the purchase and highly recommend that you try them. Don’t be deterred by the low price because this is an excellent value.

Fit is a little big
*****UPDATE *******. I ordered the smaller size bras and the fit is much better. I would definitely recommend ordering down either a cup size or band measurement size if you are actually using these for support and not for post-surgery care. I went down the band size, not the cup size. They are just as soft and comfortable as the larger size I bought and they washed and dried just fine. No shrinkage, the zippers are smooth and intact.*****ORIGINAL REVIEW*****I ordered these because I hate the trouble I've had with rear closure bras in the heat of summer. The material is very soft, and the zipper is covered in the back so it doesn't poke you. It has cup inserts that can be worn if desired, the material is thick enough even on the white bra to not be see through. The action of the zipper is smooth but stiff the first few times you use it. The band isn't tight at all, and it doesn't ride up either. They also don't seem to make me sweat, even when I'm outside working in the yard. I think that's because the material breathes instead of holds in the heat and sweat of exertion. Overall, they are very comfortable, even more so than my front closure bras.I have washed and dried the bras in the machines and they don't lose their shape or elasticity. In the future, I will air dry them because the heat breaks down the elastic, but they can be dried in the dryerwith no adverse effects. I did forget to remove the pads in one of them and they did just fine. The only drawback is the fit. I ordered my regular size of 42C, and the fit is loose. The cup could be a little tighter and the straps a little more supportive. I am going to order more of these to replace the rest of my bras, but when I do, will order the smaller cup size. Another drawback is that the straps will stretch just enough to lose support if you wear the bra two days in a row. But I can live with the issues listed here for the exchange of comfort while wearing these bras. Most of the reviewers got these after some sort of surgery, but for every day use, they work very well too. I plan on replacing all of my current bras with these.

Good bra for the girls
Great post-surgery bra! It’s a bit tight, but I think that helps with healing. Soft material and offers great support—definitely recommend for recovery!

Doesn’t work for rotator cuff surgery
I’m about to have shoulder surgery. I bought this bra hoping the softness and front closure would work for me after surgery. I’m in pain now with my shoulder (before surgery ) and struggled to try the bra on. I normally wear a 38 A and the Large was extremely tight and uncomfortable! I cannot imagine getting into it and feeling comfortable after surgery since I will have even less immobility! Looks like a great bra, just doesn’t work for shoulder surgery. Returning it.

Excellent Post Surgery Bra
The bras you get in the hospital after a mastectomy are itchy and uncomfortable. I wore these bras after the mastectomy, for support while I had the expanders and now, after the implants, I wear them to sleep and for exercise. I was 34A before surgery and bought a size medium, which I did think was a little snug at the time but they worked out. Post implant surgery, I am a solid B/C and the bras are still comfy. I remember reading through all of the reviews before the surgery, unsure of which bras to buy?? But these bras were terrific and I highly recommended them!

Perfect fit
I needed post surgical support that was not too compressive. These for great and the zipper makes it easy with my limited mobility.

Too small and zip is hard to fasten
These run small which makes the zip hard to do up. The pads in the black bra are white, poor quality not worth the money. No free shipping on returns so I'm stuck with them. Seller gave me a small refunds but still out of pocket with bras that don't fit.

Nice bra
The bra looks nice but too small for me. I purchased for post breast reduction and ordered in my current size thinkingbit would be adequate for post surgical size. It's still too small and I can't return as I had washed it already.
