This stuff is amazing. I don't know why, but I had some horribly itchy skin on my leg. There were these gross flakes that kept coming off. They would fall off and more would grow. Sometimes the itching would wake me up in the middle of the night. I bought several lotions that I found at the drugstore, but nothin doin! This was the only lotion that stopped the itching. Then I started noticing that the flakes were not growing anymore. I hope I don't ever need this anymore, but if I do I will definitely buy it again.

I bought this lotion hoping it would help my Dad's knees. He has some white spots that won't go away. It did not seem to help. I used it on my arms where I get a lot of itching. Sometimes the itching wakes me up in the middle of the night. This lotion stopped the itching within minutes of putting it on my arms. I did not have any itching for about 5 hours. This is an awesome lotion. I would definitely order again.

I agree with the other comment. I was desperate for relief, so I decided to try this after seeing a review on social media. The product has a very medicinal, almost bug-spray-like smell, but I didn’t mind that if it could actually help. The ointment comes in a jar that’s about twice the size of a Carmex jar. One concern is that there are no listed ingredients, so I could only hope there was nothing in it that might worsen my irritation. After showering, I applied the ointment to my legs and arms. Unfortunately, I didn’t experience any instant relief or noticeable improvement. I continued using it throughout the day and into the following day, but my symptoms and skin irritation didn’t improve at all. Overall, it didn’t work for me.

This did not fix anything it claims to.

X-Zyme works well on my very dry and occasionally itchy skin. I have an itchy spot, and I have tried other products. This works the best. I’m glad I bought it.

It’s such a shame that sufferers (and caregivers of precious babies who suffer from eczema) are always being targeted by companies with the next greatest thing for itch relief. I saw this recommended on tik tok as a huge help for eczema, so in a moment of desperation, I ordered it for my kiddo who has severe eczema. My kiddo’s skin is much better than it used to be but has been experiencing a bad flare up, especially around bedtime. I applied this hoping to give them some relief, but it did absolutely nothing. I also find it annoying that the company won’t disclose the ingredients and that the container is so small for the price. Definitely not worth it!
