The product is ease of use and good in design.

Just received the cycle yesterday. Easy to assemble. Only once screw and nut missing but the company has confirmed to send it across.

I got "KidsMate junior tricycle".The good stuff:1. The cycle was packaged well.2. The delivery instructions were in the form of video and it too was very clear3. No problem in terms of unnecessary sounds. Feels sturdy and stable. Well built.The bad stuff:Well this is where the 2 stars got removed.1. The scan code for the instructions actually directs you to their WhatsApp in the name of "registration". Which sounds like not a body thing right? It's not if it was registration. But it's just a way for them to get your contact info and i don't have any way to actually say that any sort of registration added. They get info from you through chatbot and provide you a couture link in the end.2. After sometime you will get a call from them checking on the product and asking you to share the review which they need to share to their supervisor. The problem here is writing a review should not be forced as it's their own right. The second problem is if you are convinced chances are you are going to wright a good one as you need to share a photo.Many people will actually simply cut the call and not give them anything but those who gets convinced might actually mislead future customer.I am writing this review for the new buys to consider what you might get into and make your own decision.The product however is clean, well packaged, sturdy and without and problems as I mentioned above.

Good product but assembling became bit confusing. Otherwise worth for money.

Cycle build quality is strong but after every 2-3 days nuts are getting loose. Providing proper nuts could have been taken care during manufacture. Back storage is larger compared to gap between two tyres. Due to this sometime there is a friction between storage and tyres.

The media could not be loaded. The build quality is not good, the components fittings don't work as expected. The parts keep disengaging. My kid can easily take out the tyres as it is so loose. Even the front handle and front basket are shaky and dont fit tightly. In summary its completely useless as before every use we again need to fix the fittings and then it works for sometime and then again get dismantled by the kid.....

Product is very light weight and will not suitable for weight 15 to 17kg. Installation is easy but not all sturdy. One or other pieces from cycle keep coming out. Need to keep on fixing it. No cycle bell.

Design are very good. ,good for 1 to 4 years children
