I have tried many Calcium supplements that are chewable. These taste the best - little like an orange. Not like chalk. AND after two months, my nails are the longest they have been in over 20 years.

These gummy‘s are delicious and easy to take. They have the ingredients needed to promote absorption of the calcium, which is what I need for osteopenia. The calcium is citrate, which is also easier to absorb.

They taste amazing,they don't have that vitamin tatse some brand of gummies do that you can tell their medication of some kind. These taste like a gummy you buy at the store. I have issues with taking pills so I wanted to try gummies, and I will be making a monthly subscription
