Snug, nothing moves when running.
Fits phone and keys in for running and keeps everything in its place. Have only been running 5miles at a time with it and I don't even notice it. I am a UK 12-14 and I bought a medium which is very snug. If I buy again I will get a large. Won't be doing large distances so medium is fine. It is one large pocket with various opening but as it is snug, nothing moves around. I have a Samsung A5 2017 and it fits fine.
