Good Quality, Sturdy, Pretty Easy to Install with 2 People
I ordered this gazebo and it came 10 days later. I ordered the 13x15 grey and black roof. it came in 5 boxes each about 100 pounds. the build quality is pretty good for the price and it is sturdy once assembled and especially with 3/8 x 3 inch sleeve anchors going into the concrete through the post brackets that i drilled and put in. Nothing came damaged except a couple roof sheets that the corners were a little bent but i used pliers to bend it straight. Assembly took about 2 days for me and another guy. You need 2 people minimum i cant see a single person building this. the instructions are pretty simple just follow carefully and make sure orientation is correct. The only complaint is the middle sections of the roof have nothing holding them down, only the top and bottom have screws. i went to Lowes and bought 24 stainless screws 1/4 inch by 2 inches long and locknuts and washers and drilled through the roof panels and the middle support brackets and it made the panels way more sturdy and they cant flap in the wind now. 6 screws on the long sides and 5 on the shorter sides, only where the sheets overlap. other than that it is a good buy for anyone that is considering it. i was gonna buy the 14x16 Purple Leaf but considering this was $1000 less when i bought it for a foot less on both sides it was a no brainer. Here are some pics done. I also added some gazebo lights they are 60ft total 16 lights spread apart 3Ft each in between and it goes around the gazebo perfectly. In the rain it is great if theres really heabvy rain only some drops from splashing get throught the top open part but nothing crazy.

Great gazebo!
We just finished putting this together and are very happy with the quality of the gazebo. It’s very sturdy once completely assembled. We had a little delay with shipping because our phone number was never provided to the warehouse so I had track it down and call them but they did deliver it the next day. I highly recommend having at least two people assemble this. Everything was labeled clearly and all the screw holes lined up perfectly but when it came time to lift the wooden frame, the product is very unsteady until all the framing is connected and with only two of us, it almost fell and could have easily split the wood. The directions are very easy to follow and again everything was labeled perfectly and slid right into place. It took 2 of us a weekend to put it together but we’re very happy with the finished product. I would highly recommend this gazebo.

Great weekend project
Looks great, assembly was easy, 2-4 people needed when assembling the pillars and securing the main roof frame. Quality product.

A good value and quality overall
Overall I was pleased. This was the 12x20ft model. Very attractive gazebo. All parts fit together relatively easily. Directions included no written, only illustrations, but all parts were very clearly labeled and I was able to assemble in 2 days by myself. I opted to assemble with no additional helpers(they recommend 4 people). I used step ladders, etc to prop things up while working. Having a day without much wind helped. My only complaint is that I did not like the plastic clips/inserts to hold the top of the larger roof panels.(see 4th photo) I live in Florida and I see those as the weakest part of the design as it relates to storms/wind. I will probably attempt to find some screws to replace those clips. Everything else seems pretty solid.

Great Gazedo! No regrets.
Love love love this! We bought this 12×20 last year in mid May. It arrived about 2 weeks later. It came in 2 different boxes (wood crates), one for metal another for beautiful ceader post. Very well packaged, each piece! Instructions were very clear. It took 4 of us with construction backgrounds about 7hrs to complete it with drills, ladders, and level ect. Also attached to concrete patio.I wanted to wait a while, to do a review, to see how it held up in mid west weather. Rain, snow and high winds 70mph gusts at times. This has held up great. Very sturdy product and so glad we went with this gazbo.

Great Gazebo - Requires Skills to Assemble
This gazebo is beautiful, extremely strong and well designed. But definitely not for amateurs to assemble. I am a high-level home improvement guy, and I brought in a skilled handyman to put this together. Between us, we had all the necessary tools and three different sizes of ladders, and lots of experience assembling complex structures. And that's what you need. Most of the hundreds of screws for assembly have hex heads. Yes, you can use the little wrenches that come with the kit. But you really need a pair of drivers to speed the work and get the torque right. And it takes two strong people to put it all together.

Gazebo Fun
Well, I was very excited about getting our new Gazebo to replace the one we loss in the last hurricane in Florida. Everything came in 5 huge boxes, it did have some visible damage to the outside boxes. As I begun to start and open the boxes, I noticed damage to some of the panels at the corners and at some of the rods, nothing that I couldn't fix and move on with, being a A&P mechanic. The instructions were terrible, bad drawings, bad guidelines on what to do. It was a lot of repeated, put it together, then realizing it wasn't right and taking it back apart to do it the right way. The wood is very soft and light, so most screws wouldn't tighten correctly. You had to just tighten enough not to overtorque and spin the screw in the soft wood, also, it would split in some areas, make sure to drill holes and tap your screw tips with a hammer, it helps. Being a Technical Inspector on aircraft, I would say the quality is very poor and you get what you pay for. After about 2.5 exhausting days with my wife help, we got it completed. All in all it looks good, but you know it won't last long. I would highly recommend to the company to please provide better instructions, better quality wood and better protection with the shipping boxes. I hope this review helps the next person decide on what to do.
