TimberlandMen's Flume Mid Waterproof Hiking Boot

I actually purchased the White Ledge model, not the Flume. I think it’s my third pair? I first bought them back in the late nineties. I was doing a lot of high mileage hiking and backpacking on very rugged Pennsylvania trails, and just tore up other brands of boots. (literally) These are very light and prettier durable if you clean them properly after getting them wet and muddy. Traction is good too. The only reason I gave them four stars instead of five is because this latest pair has one boot that the toe number is separating from the leather at the toe. It’s just a little bit, but twenty or thirty miles into an 85 mile trip it could become a tripping hazard if it decided to get worse. Overall, I will purchase another pair when the time comes. Oh, they’re pretty waterproof too.

After taking a nasty spill on some ice while wearing an old pair of boots I decided I needed a new pair of boots. Not really being able to get out and try on some boots due to the fall I had, I decided to give these a try. They fit perfectly, I ordered 11¹/² because that is what I typically wear in athletic shoes. I have never worn this brand before so I was little leary. I would have gave 5 stars if they would had been delivered same day as requested, but that is not a knock against the boot. Great value for the price.

I bought these boots for my husband. Omg! They are so light weight, I was shocked. He works outside with sprinkler systems.. this is perfect!!!!!!

I walk quite a bit for my job in all kinds of weather. They are light in weight, waterproof, comfortable, and attractive. These are my Fourth pair and I recommend them highly.

Dropped it to 4 stars because of the lacing hooks. I see no reason for the next-to-top ones to be so far apart. I have mobility issues, and reaching around to the distant hook is difficult for me. My previous set of hikers (different maker) had parallel hooks, and they are much easier to tie on.Bought these particularly because they were hiker-style, and solid black. I was looking for something that could eventually be my workshop boot when the current working set die. I can wear these shopping and not feel like I'm trying to look like an NBA star.

I am an outdoors guy and wear boots a lot. I really like the fit, quality, style and laces of these boots!Almost hate to get them dirty.

Well made. These boots are for walking the dogs. Whilst they say waterproof you won’t have completely dry feet but I get that as you’ll only be 100% dry with boots that are rubber or vinyl. But the boots are well made and extremely comfortable. The colour is great and the delivery was a little earlier than expected which was great. Overall a good purchase.

Hubby bought some Grey Timberland Gortex walking boots from Canada years ago (15 yrs perhaps), they are still comfortable but no longer waterproof. Ordered these for him as a replacement & he is very pleased with them, he is a size 7 and come up slightly larg so he has put an insole in them & he says they are now fine.

Fairly new to countryside walking a decieded I needed some walking boots. These fit the bill, comfortable, dry (even in water up to your ankles) and strong. Would recommend these.
