Arqspin 24" Motorized Photography 360deg. Turntable, Supports Up to 300 Lbs, 35 Seconds Per Rotation

I bought this item to rotate a well centric load of 170lbs. This is one of the worst Chinese product I have ever bought with a very poorly engineered gear box. The product came well packaged from Arorama Camera. When I plugged in I found the plug very loose and would not hold unless I use my hand to hold it. This was a minor problem. After the turntable started rotating it started making some grinding noise. To test the load I stood on the turntable well centered (I weigh only 155 lbs) and the grinding noise became more pronounced. It rotated 3-4 revolutions and the grinding made the motor come to a hault. I had to step out of the turntable and ease up the table with hand for it to rotate. The vicious cycle of grinding and motor halt continued. I called Arqspin directly and luckily they have an office in Virginia. I must admit their customer service was excellent. He sent me a brand new turntable by FedEx and told me to send the defective one back to him. I tried the same thing with the new turntable. First few revolution ran fine and when the load was put (by standing on the center) it started making grinding noise every 2-3 revolutions. Well grinding noise was annoying but the main problem was slowly grinding becoming so bad that motor would come to a halt and had to use my hand to manually ease up. I had to return it back. In conclusion I would say that having tried two different pieces of the same model with exactly same problem confirms the fact that it is a very poorly designed product with a bad gear box. Don't even try it because you will be back to return it. It surprises me that this company boasts about their turntable and have zero quality control. It seems any Chinese company can sell any crapy product to US customers.

I use this large stage for huge vehicles and playsets. I cannot recommend this motorized lazy susan or the Arqspin software enough.
