I'm in and out of our truck a lot, especially when in the woods. I felt like the door sills were getting scratched up and was annoyed by it, but I didn't realize there might be a pre-made solution out there to address this... There is! I cleaned off the sills with isopropyl first, let it dry, slapped these on, and haven't looked back! The texture is subtle. The stickers are nice and thick, so I'm confident the sills will be protected in addition to being a little more grippy. They haven't peeled up after several weeks of consistent use, so yep - I would recommend these.

It arrived folded and I immediately thought it probably wouldn't stick tight and hold since the protection paper was loose on each fold. Wrong! I trimmed it to fit the sill on a Honda CR-V, cleaned the sill good, and put it in place after removing the protection. It's holding very good after a couple of days and I have no reason to think it won't hold indefinitely. The glue that used on the sill protector appears to be like the 3M glue that's used on auto license tabs. The graphics are attractive on the sill and might remind people not to drag their feet across. Hopefully!

Well, I received the product yesterday. I cleaned the surfaces thoroughly, and applied the product. The product is very nice looking and adds a sense of pizzazz to my vehicle. Unfortunately, when I checked on the adhesion of the product this morning, the sticker on the tailgate lip was already peeling up. It appears that the product in the door jams is sticking well, and I believe that is due to the fact that they are stuck to the metal part of the door jams. I really like the look of the one on the tailgate, but it is obvious to me that I will have to remove it, because it is not adhering to the plastic. Think twice before buying these, especially if you want the one in the rear tailgate lip.
