I work long hours and have been a soda drinker (Coke and Pepsi) in the past to help keep me awake. I did not like what soda was doing to my teeth and I know it's not very healthy. The diet versions of soda are even worse for you. I was introduced to this energy drink and was pleased to see it's different from the super caffeine bomb energy drinks currently available. I've tried those other drinks before and there's a reason people mix them with soda: to mask the taste! Yuck! This drink is actually delicious and I like that it uses green tea for the caffeine and has actually healthy ingredients. And zero calories, too! The other thing that surprised me was I do not crave this drink the way I did with soda. I can drink it and enjoy and then not drink for a couple days, then enjoy again on my schedule instead of a craving's schedule. I've completely kicked my two-soda a day habit and I've dropped weight and feel so much better. I attempted to quit soda before and always reverted but thanks to this drink, I'm done with soda, finally!! I've tried the orange (Apollo) flavor too and it's also very good. I'm excited to try the other flavors. Five stars for Athena Strawberry!!!

The taste, energy, and ingredients used are fantastic in my opinion, however it's a bit expensive to buy regularly. That said, it's difficult to find a great energy drink that doesn't use sucralose or tons of sugar. If you're looking for a tasty energy drink on the healthier side, maybe give it a try.

The can says strawberry and lavender, but I didn't specifically notice the lavender in either the smell or the taste. That's okay though, because the taste is great. It reminds me a lot of Crystal Light strawberry energy, which I used to get back in the day. I loved that drink, and this one is becoming one of my favorites now. It is very easy to drink, not overly sweet, no weird aftertaste, just enough carbonation, and has an attractive can. It has 200 mg of caffeine in it, which is comparable to other energy drinks. After drinking it, I didn't have a crash, which is important to me in energy drinks that I consume. I'm interested in trying more of their products. I'm a fan of Greek mythology, as well, so the themes of their products are appealing to me.

I love Athon because the natural ingredients make it much better for you than any of the other energy drinks out there, and it tastes really good and refreshing. I reach for it before I study or do a workout, as it provides the perfect boost of energy without a crash or jitters. By far my favorite energy drink!!

Flavor is ok. We didn't hate it, but we didn't love it either

Great drink for athletes. Energizing and fresh, including the graphics that will inspire you in your sports adventures. Strawberry Lavender with zero calories and caffeine: got us started last weekend in a Colorado half marathon/10k we joined with a group of friends. Kept it on ice and reached for it later when we needed some fortification to finish the day. Graphics are creative and classic.

These arrived looking like they sat in a warehouse for years! The plastic wrap covering looked really old and tore up and it had some kind of crust all over the cans as well as the plastic covering wrap. The drinks taste good with great ingredients, so I thought I'd try buying one more. This one was better but the cans were dented up and the plastic wrap covering once again looked ancient and was torn up here and there. No strange foul crust on this one. And now the price went up $5 so maybe I cleared out their old stock for them and they can now sell the good ones? idk...
