Not from TVS unlike the name suggests. But, it's well built and easy enough to be installed. It might be a little struggle to insert larger helmet. My Steelbird Aeronautics helmet barely fits in. It's possible to orient in different angles and has a nice click to it, so that's nice. But, the screws tend to rust soon. May not be good quality screws, and may need nice coat of paint to prevent rust.

Excellent Product... Very Strong... Go for it... It is very safe for helmets with its different screw style

Need proper screw driver to install this. Without it, you wont be able to attach it to the bike and i doubt even bike service shops will have it
