Giving 3 stars as it can cause gastrointestinal issues. It is not a safe product for everyone so there needs to be some caution used when taking it. The ingredients of this product are good, herbs in general are safe, but that doesn’t mean one cannot have a reaction to it. So be careful for any reactions. I started taking just 1 capsule a day to then see how my body responded. At first, it seemed fine, but over the course of 2 weeks, I started developing gastrointestinal problems. It took me another day or two to realize it was this supplement. I stopped taking it and slowly the issue subsided, but it took at least 3 days, even longer for my body to return to normal. I believe I am sensitive to the lemongrass in it, as I have used the other herbs in various other ways with no issues. A friend shared she also has issues with lemongrass. So, if you do try this, just start slow and listen to your body. Take note of any gut changes.

I admit, I got swept up by their excellent marketing campaign that I saw on Facebook and Instagram. A doctor who found the idea and inspiration for this product in the Bible? That seemed wonderful. As a Christian, I bought into the claims despite the exorbitant cost of this product. I was so hopeful it would work. I mean, who uses the Bible in their marketing of an unregulated healthcare product? It must work, I thought. Well, after using a 30-day supply, now I am left with the thought, “Beware of false prophets.” Their marketing is great: a great big lie. I experienced no side effects at all for the 30 days I took two capsules a day. But after 30 days, I see no difference in the condition I hoped this would treat. Apple cider vinegar is significantly cheaper than these capsules and actually works. I am going back to using that.

A product that actually lives up to its promise! I now have attractive feet in only 30 days….my toenails were like those horrible pictures you see. I never let them be seen… now I ‘m going for a pedicure…yay!
