There is no way to contact this seller!!! Out of TWELVE lights, only TWO are useable!!! The problem is, try as I might to open them, I could not open TEN of them! I had hoped there would be a way to call seller to see if they could suggest something. Only this is review and/or "ask a question." It's obvious from those "questions," that they are answered but other customers, so it's NOT a way to contact seller! Of the two that I could open, I noticed that one of them has a defect in the o-ring type thing. Like it's stretched out of shape. That light does work, though, but I don't know if it will be an issue down the road. The two that work are FANTASTIC! If all 12 worked I'd give them 5 stars. But, to buy 12, have only two useable, and not be able to talk to seller,.....well, that's really a ZERO star, but 1 star is the lowest I could give. The $75 cost of 12 lights would be great if they all worked, but, $75 to TWO of them???

I have bought 12 of these LED lights and gave some of them away as holiday (stocking stuffers) to family members. 11 of the 12 lights worked perfectly but one light had a faulty switch. I contacted Heliar customer service and it eventually got replaced. The main advantage of this style of LED road flare is that the bottom half of the flare has four soft pads ( and no open screws) to protect the car paint should you place it directly on your car. It also has a much better flashlight function compared to other makers of LED road flares.

All as shown and advertised. Very pleased with products. Very bright, useable and safety forward. Will definitely buy again!

Brought these for my Granddaughter when she was traveling. We tried them out at home before she left. They were very bright and would definitely get someone ‘s attention. Thankfully she did not have to use them on her trip but I felt better knowing she had them. She will keep them in her car just in case there is ever a need. A nice alternative to the flares that we had to use in the past!

Always wanted some form of a flare in case I had to pull over on the side of the road. These have several settings from solid to blinking lights in both clear and red lights all in this round block. They can stand on their side or can lay flat. unfortunately they come in twos so I will be buying one or two more sets in the near future. Also comes with the seat belt cutter for emergencies too.
