Brillant it helped my bedroom lovrly and cool in the summer months. Pour water and as it comes with for 4 packs put them in the water tank as well and its stunning happy days better than not being able to sleep as its too hot! Defo recommend been working great and comes with a remote control and on wheels and it got 3 settings

The service is prompt - item received the next day as advertised. However, I'm far from impressed with the Cooler. It works satisfactorily, though the air could be colder but OK for English summers. The worst factor is the noise level. It is uncomfortably loud - much, much louder than a fan - even on the lowest setting and impsssible to sleep which is when it's needed most. Added to this, on the 'Cool' setting, the trickling sound of the water is very irritating. The sleep function is further excerbated by the intermittent stopping and starting every minute or so. Because of this I had to return it.

You have to sit or stand next to it to cool off I have a small room and it’s not very goodNothing like what the seller or the Visio was like I would not recommend it to anybodyI did not return it as it was only half the price and have not got the time to wait for it to be picked up

Convenient size and works well great in a bedroom on hot summer nights.

I purchased this product based on the reviews and the description, at first look it fits well into my home it’s small enough to tuck away when not being used and easy to manoeuvre on the wheels.With the recent heat wave I’ve started to use this at first I noticed with the ice blocks and water it reduced the temperature by around 2°C. However, after only using it for the fifth time I woke up in the morning to find water all over my floor, I’ve checked the plug and this seems okay on examination is leaking from within the machine. I’ve contacted the seller to see what they can do.I was hoping this was cool much better than just 2°C but the ice blocks only last for around 60 minutes and then it just starts to blow warm airMaybe the machine is faulty/has a defect, I will update my review once I’ve spoken to the seller to see what they can suggest.Update, following this post the seller contacted me straight away, the have arranged a replacement and I have sent the old one back free of charge. They will send a new one and said that I must be. Right and the pump is damaged as it can’t leak from anywhere else.I hope also that as the pump had this issue they think it should reduce the temperature even more, but I’ve brought some additional ice packs so that I can change them after a few hours and hope this will help reduce the temperature.Fingers crossed, this one that they are sending will be better. I’ve changed to 3 star because the seller has responded and replaced it for free and it’s not cost me anything to return it.

Good size,neat unit very powerful

I bought this item mainly for it's stated 7 hour duration of cool air, and under the , 'normal' mode it works ok. However, the cooler air is only felt when the ice coolers are used which does not last as long, probably only for 1hour. It however, has 2 more modes of operation namely, ' Sleep' and , 'Nature' but these modes are pretty useless because hey keep stopping and starting the fan operation which infact feels more like an interruption rather than anything to do with encouraging a relaxing sleep or time. It also left me wondering whether it is a defect or not, but since I can use the normal mode, I haven't bothered with returning it.
