The media could not be loaded. This pre work out is delicious but the cherry does taste artificial. It’s effective. I like that it has clean products. I do get jittery but I love it. I stayed motivated all day and didn’t crash. This is a great product and I plan to add more to my rotation. The packaging is convenient and compact. I like that it’s not too big. Some containers are too big for the amount of product it’s storing and it’s a waste of space. I’ve recommended to some friends. I do HIIT training and I feel like I have some major speed!

This actually last longer than most pre workout powders. Flavor is good and does give you a nice long boost, it just takes about an hour to start feeling the effects, overall this is my go to.

I have used 4 different brands of pre workout before and this is definitely the best one! The first time i tried this, i used 1 scoop and i was an absolute HULK! I love the clean ingredients it has and a low amount of caffeine. When i was younger if i drank just half a Monster energy drink, i would start shaking and almost have a heart attack. So, i stopped drinking caffeine for years but this pre workout makes me feel amazing! It wakes me up for the whole day without having a crash. I can even take 2 SCOOPS (350 mg caffeine) and still feel great without ANY bad effects. Overtime it has become not as powerful probably because my tolerance to caffeine is higher, therefore i am not "HULK" every time i take this. Although it still works great and I am always able to push through hard workouts even when using 1 scoop. The taste is pretty good, about 9/10.

Ok i really wanted to like this and I tried but my god the flavor is horrible and I can drink a lot of things that don’t taste good if I know they are good for me but I can hardly get this down !!!! And it smells terrible !!!! I will use until it’s gone because I can’t afford to buy another kind but YUCK 🤢

When talking about focus this stuff works well. It gives me focus and massive energy even though my body is used to caffeine but this stuff works better than caffeine. the taste like a little medicine but it’s ok. Overall i like it.
