BG-X Electric Bike for Adults,1500W Brushless Motor 48V/31.5Ah Up to 40 Miles E-Bike Front/Rear Turn Signal Dual Suspension Ebikes

Ok so I was researching e-bike or scooters for at least 3 months before pulling the trigger on this bad boy here. Building the bike was fairly straightforward if you watch the Bigniu Bike Installation video on YouTube. I watched it in .75x normal speed to make pausing it a bit easier. The bike is pretty heavy, but with a heavy duty tubular chassis like this one I’d hardly call it a surprise. The looks of this thing are top tier. I’m 6’0” 220 pounds and I fit on it quite comfortably. I’ve put about 10 miles on it so far so not a ton of ride time but I already love it. I rode it at night with the headlights on and it was plenty bright for a night rider and having blinkers and a tail light makes me feel extra safe on the road. The pedals and cranks are a bit light so I might try to adjust them to have a higher gear ratio for me, as I also ride spin bikes quite often and pedaling on this bike really doesn’t generate any speed. I also don’t know if the bike has regenerative breaking of any kind, but with a battery this size who cares. My breaks squeal a little bit under pressure but I think I just need to figure out how to adjust them. The default settings on the bike computer are set to 3 modes of pedal assist, however if you watch YouTube videos on how to change the settings, you can update the computer for up to 5 levels of pedal assist. I was hoping there was a way to increase the output to the motor to increase top speed but alas I think my top speed being my size is roughly 34-35 on flat road, and I’ve gotten close to 40 downhill before having to brake. She had more to give too. I will update in the spring with a warm weather endurance test to see what kind of distance I can get, but right now it’s sub 30 degrees outside where I live and I already know that’s going to limit the distance. All in all, I’m am super happy with my purchase. Definitely get a helmet since this thing hauls ass. Don’t wait, buy this bike. It’s awesome. I just wish there was a easier way to store it!

When I ordered the bike it gave me a delivery date but to my surprise it actually showed up 4 days earlier than expected.. (FAST). With the bike in the locked settings for speed it goes about 20mph. But unlocked it goes about 40mph. (FAST) And even sitting still it looks fast.. It was easy to assemble but there were no instructions ( I found YouTube videos ) and yes I did change a few parts to get my Black and Red look. It is comfortable to ride and did I mention it was FAST? GREAT BIKE, GREAT VALUE and GREAT LOOKS. How can you go wrong with the Bigniu BG-X!

I love this bike It scoots and boots very nicely. Great to look at, battery stays charged for a while. Plenty of power going uphill. The shocks are phenomenal, makes the bumps on the side of the road not so bad. The closest thing you can get to a real motorcycle without a gas engine. This rattle the brakes the turn signals and headlight all are extremely accurate to a big bike. Everyone who sees it loves it so I tell them all about it and where I got it, just love this thing. This bike has given me a sense of independence I could just get on it and go as long as it's not pouring rain lol. I can't say enough about this bike I recommend it to everyone. I do wish the brake light was a little bigger, and they had some accessories like saddlebags but due time. I 1,000% recommend this bike, you will definitely have lots of fun with it.

From the moment I saw this E-bike online, I was excited. I am a fan of Chopper bikes, and this seemed like the perfect marriage between an e-bike and a chopper. I often hear tons of negative stories about the lack of communication and support from e-bike companies so I was hesitant but decided to go for it. The BIGNIU BG-X arrived in perfect condition and was easy to assemble. I did have an issue with one of the bolts for the front caliper which was slightly bent and it was obvious that it was damaged from lack of care while being shipped. I contacted BIGNIU via their FB Messenger link and they immediately sent an entire set of replacement bolts. Otherwise, this e-bike has been nothing but fun. What has been more surprising, is that once I contacted BIGNIU support, I kept asking for additional features that were just my imagination of what my techie obsession wanted. You can't imagine how surprised I was when they actually listened and so far have designed, tested, and sent me two 2 of the things I asked for. In a time when the market is saturated with e-bike companies and horror stories, BUGNIU has been a breath of fresh air and has helped to restore some of my confidence. And, before the critics respond to this review, I have NO affiliation with BIGNIU. I am just someone who has been burned a few times in the past, took a chance with this e-bike, and felt compelled to tell of my experience. As you can see in one of my photos, I have even added CarPlay to my BG-X :-)

Nice bike but under powered. Rides and handles great

This chopper is an exceptional machine! It's gorgeous, it's stylish, it's very comfortable, it's so fast! I absolutely adore this ebike, it's everything you ever need! I got the purple, it's nothing but a head turner, and customer service is amazing and so helpful with a couple questions I had, get this bike before it's sold out or price goes up, you won't regret it. UPDATE...... I loved my first bgx so much I bought another one! As you can see it is the blue one which is gorgeous it's a bluish purple iridescent and, they did a couple upgrades on this newest version they put a another motor in it which has a lot more torque just as fast they put another brake light on it which is a little better than the first one and they change the turn signal light horn mechanism which is a little more clicky and tactile which I personally like, these bikes are uncomparable to any other bike I've had they are the best e-bikes out there you can't go wrong with customer service with the looks of them and the price I give this bike and the company 5 plus Stars!

Update : unfortunately this product seems to have been made with cheap parts that have to keep upgrading and in fact having the heavy battery on top lends itself to falling over and it fell on me . Thank goodness I wasn't in the middle of traffic I went to the sidewalk. My knee still hurts . But there's continually problems: the cheap plastic kickstand fell off . The tires and the tubes had to be changed because they're not good moisture . And now the engine is not working. Their staff has been supportive but it doesn't change the fact that it was made with cheap parts and we're at risk by writing this. It should never have been released at this level of dangerous. In my opinion. I have lowered my rating due to these facts.: The manufacturer sent me a video that helped me remove the battery successfully. The brake issue wasn related to the compression button loosening itself. I readjusted it and it seems to be working now. .update the manufacturers have been timely amd assisting. i give them stars for that ive only owned this a short time. update back brakes dont work. cant remove battery. I'm working on the bike this weekend and doing some research thank you so much for quickly sending this bike. I love how sturdy it is and I like its metallic color. it took me a long time to put this together. took me 4 to 5 hours. I don't like that the the instructional video goes too fast. thank you so much. I also like that it comes with the windshield.

Bike is amazing to ride for those looking for a easy feel. Bike arrived with a snapped front brake line but customer service was quick to respond and send me new full assembled brake line so I didn't need to bleed the line. So much fun to ride with my daughter on her bike.
