This is the perfect health bundle right here. Both of these products are absolutely amazing. The "Nutrients" have a citrus and ginger flavor that is so good and the "Energy" is chocolate and sea salt. Both are packed with nutrients and taste so good that you want to eat more than one. Such a great way to add needed vitamins to your diet, but with great taste, instead of stinky vitamins out of a jar.

This was my second time ordering GEM Daily Essentials, but my first time trying the combo variety pack. To be honest, these aren’t my favorite flavors, but they’re small enough that it’s manageable even if you don’t love the taste. The Daily Essentials pack has been the easiest for me to consume (ginger and turmeric really help balance things out), while the Energy Bites are harder since I’m not a big fan of dark chocolate. That said, the portion sizes are bite-sized, so it’s a fair tradeoff for the nutrient punch they deliver. One detail I appreciate is that the Energy Bites come individually wrapped, which helps preserve freshness and flavor — I actually wish all the varieties came packaged this way. The speed of shipping was incredible: I ordered late at night, and the box was on my doorstep by 7 AM the next morning. Both flavors are truly delicious! The yellow Citrus Ginger bite is a little spiced with ginger and turmeric, and it also has black pepper, which, together with the turmeric, reduces inflammation and oxidative stress. The combination of ingredients produces a perfect flavor. An excellent bite for when your body craves a touch of sweetness throughout the day. The orange Chocolate Sea Salt bite has a real cocoa flavor with a hint of sea salt; it's not cloyingly sweet; it tastes like authentic cocoa. It makes you feel good when you eat it, but not like you get an aggressive caffeine shock. It's perfectly digestible. I think it's ideal to consume before your morning workout when you don't want to go to the gym with a full stomach and just a cup of coffee isn't enough. The texture of both is soft but not too mushy, and has an excellent consistency. I'm eager to try the other two options: the green one for relaxation and the purple one for sleep.

I was seeking a non-pill form way to get my nutrients and recover from my afternoon slump. These bites caught my eye for several reasons: whole food vitamins, the cost, and vegan ingredients. Eat your nutrients: so tasty and easy to eat in the morning. With vitamins, it’s hard to tell if it’s working but I felt great eating these on an empty stomach. Eat your Energy: these bites and I might be besties. I ate one a day in the afternoon or when I had to work late. I felt awake without the jitters and still went to bed timely. I love caffeine but I cannot drink more than two cups a day. These brought my down to one.

They do honor returns if unsatisfied! So, for that they get a star. Not for my bodily needs. Hard pass.

I really enjoyed the GEM Daily Superfood and Energy Support for Women & Men. The flavor is clean and palatable, and actually pretty tasty. I appreciated the transparency in ingredients and what which one is used for. It makes it incredibly easy to make sure you’re getting your vitamins, nutrients, and clean energy throughout the day. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone look for a clean fix to make sure you’re getting your energy and natural boost for the day!

I absolutely LOVE the ingredients in these bites and that they are gluten free. They seem to be made with quality ingredients. The energy aid chews were surprisingly tasty. Not good tasty like a brownie but definitely better than I expected and something I could eat every day. I like that the caffeine is from green tea so doesn't give you that jolt and then crash afterwards. I haven't tried the nutrient one yet but will update my review when I do. I would consider buying more of these except for one thing - the cost! It is almost $2 per bite and just don't think it is worth that. While I agree that the ingredients are good for you, I am not sure all the ingredients do what they claim on the package. ETA: After taking the eat or energy chews for two weeks I have to report that I noticed absolutely no benefit from the chews - no extra energy at all. The only thing they did was provide a very small, healthy snack.

I use the Energy in the morning or when I feel like a chocolatey treat, and the Nutrients in the afternoon as a snack replacement. If you’re trying to clean up your supplement routine and don’t mind bold flavors, it’s worth trying.
