Highly recommend
Just like majority of solgars other product this is excellent. The price point is also extremely good based upon the quality of product you’re getting. This is an essential nutrient most people can benefit from specially if you are taking cholesterol lowering drugs, have heart issues or suffer from chronic pain. If you are older then you may benefit from the reduced form of Coq10. Solgar is an excellent company. If I am looking for supplement and Solgar makes it that’s the one I will usually get. Highly recommended.

Easy to digest
Big pills, but relatively easy to swallow. My body can tolerate them so much better than other coQ10 products and supplements. Can't beat the Solgar quality
