Feels nice on the feet, but your feet will sweat and they shift a bit.
These felt really nice on my heels. I even liked wearing them around the house without shoes as sometimes the hard tile floor in my kitchen would aggravate the tenderness in my heels. However, they do get sweaty and tend to slide around inside your shoes a bit, even with socks. That said, I work in fitness for a living, so there is a lot of movement going on. They might stay put better with more casual use. After wearing them a few weeks, I noticed a bit of heat rash on the area of my foot under the cushion, so I backed off on wearing them a bit and it went away.

Did not help my pain and actually made the pain much worse. The silicone ones make my feet sweat. Both types got so tight ony feet the cut off circulation. after walking less than 1 mile my feet hurt so bad I had to stop and take them off.

Doesn’t help with heel pain
The silicone ones get dirty easily. They also don’t do much in terms of helping with heel pain, but they do help smooth out the skin, a little.
