This is a great swimming trainer for someone learning to swim. It’s a great flotation device. Easy to put together, well-made, holds anyone. You can use it for swimming or for lifting weights. I guess it has many uses.Good quality. Easy to Assemble & disassemble

I like that you can adjust the water weights by unscrewing a portion of the foam on each side as well as having a strap near the handles so that the weight won’t get away from you if you happen to lose your grip. It really helps to give you a better workout in the water! Good quality…would definitely recommend!

I used these not for exercise but to help my son learn to swim (or rather, have extra comfort when doing so). They float great and are not heavy. They are easy to put together and are great quality

This has the resistance I'm looking for and also it's adjustable.

These are designed to workout in the pool, but they do NOT hold up. One of them rolled off the table by the pool and the main bar that holds them together broke - not repairable. They're outdoor workout gear and should be made to withstand a 3 foot drop! My wife has a set of less expensive gear and it's held up for two years! And to add to the frustration, while Amazon authorized the return, they only gave me partial credit. Plus, the company is based in China, so good luck finding a contact for Customer Service!Sadly, they're the right weight/buoyancy for what I want for resistance - just not a well-made product!

I liked the size and feel of the water dumbbell. The wide length (12 inches) of the dumbbell gave it greater stability than shorter dumbbells. The foam disks were sturdy. The plastic screw, inside the hand hold broke after only a three uses (see photo). Amazon made the return of the broken merchandise easy.

I have the little blue and white ones, these have really taken my water workout up a notch! They were easy to put together and if I didn't want the weight , I can unscrew the other end ones. I can order more rings and increase it as well. If you thinking of buying weights for the pool workout, go with these!

These look like they will be OK, but I have not used them as yet. I feel they will not be as resistant as I had wanted. There are no end caps, so water will flow right through them. How can these be highly resistant? I am very disappointed that the ends are left open. My other set is completely closed so no water goes through the handle at all.

I would have liked a longer strap so they could be used to exercise the legs as well

Work great in the pool!
