Ordered these Keto Advantage Burn Pills to help supplement by food intake which is a primarily Keto diet. These are easy to take, and I appreciate the ingredients that go into each capsule. Price point seems a bit high for a 30 day supply as the recommended dosage is 2 per day.

I was concerned with the green tea ingredients it would cause sleep issues if taken later in the day, but for me, it has not. I am not in ketosis, nor am I on a strict low/no carb diet, however, I do stack because of the nutrients lost through diet and exercise.Easy to swallow, no offensive odors or aftertastes. Yes, it's a little pricey, but when you get specialized supplements with higher concentrations of ingredients, you're getting quality and ideally, that's the difference in cost.

More and more it's becoming for me that my "breakfast" is a handful of various supplements. That's ok, but I'm learning that I must to some degree, cross reference the labels to make sure I'm not double or triple dosing on any one ingredient. The combo supplements are nice and I hope to convert to all combo over individual supplements if for no other reason than not having 15 capsules to get down, lol.That said, I like the ingredients in this Keto Burn, that it contains potassium which I feel is very underused in most supplements, and very important if someone is calorie restricting and exercising. As well, these contain a small amount of D3, which for me is okay with the regular amount I take. I live in a gloomy Northern climate, so seasonal depression is a real thing, and for me, Vitamin D is very helpful. I feel that the main "keto" elements are the ACV which is purported to have slimming benefits, and for sure the green tea which contains EGCG, and can be very beneficial.All of these together merit your own research because of course everyone is different.
