Good Product
This is a great source of Glucosamine and Chondroitin if you are looking to support your joint health. They are vegan capsules, and it's made in the US. These capsules also contain hyaluronic acid, turmeric, bromelain, black pepper, Methylsulfonylmethane, and Boswelalia. My one issue with this product is the fact that you are supposed to take 4 per day. I don't like taking pills and that's a bit much for me with everything else I take.

Total joint health coverage, checks all the boxes
Glucosomine and Chondrotin have long been recognized as excellent supplements for joint health. This formulation adds the benefits of Turmeric, Broelain and Boswellia extract for reducing inflammation and affording pain relief.Additional extracts provide increased "BIOAVAILABILITY" meaning they are better absorbed in the digestive track for a higher delivery of the essential ingredients to the joints.MADE IN THE USA at a GMP & FDA registered facility; THIRD PARTY TESTED and contains no fillers or sugarsI RECOMMENDNOTE : My VINE review of supplements reflect my Research, First Hand Experience and consultation with my physician. The FDA has not reviewed or commented on these supplements. Some come with age and health advisories and you should ALWAYS consult a health professional before using any supplement.

nice
I like Glucosamine and have had good luck with it in the past. I started running a few months ago and wanted something to help support my joints to reduce the risk of injury. I do feel like my knees and ankles held up to the stress better than they had during previous attempts at running. I did also wear ankle and knee supports, but even when I do not have them on I don't experience any excessive difficulty with those areas.

Easy to swallow, natural ingredients
My wife and I are used to using glucosamine supplements to support joint health. This formula offers hyaluronic acid, turmeric, bromelain, black pepper, methylsulfonylmethane, and boswelalia as well. Suggested serving is four capsules a day. We did not experience any side affects nor adverse reactions, but consult your own physician especially if taking other supplements or meds. The ingredients list includes vegan capsules, however I do not expect this to mean that the product as a whole is vegan, just the outer cellulose capsule itself. Some of the primary ingredients are naturally occurring in the body, and I assume are derived from animal sources. No weird lab-concocted chemicals. Glucosamine and chondroitin are components found in connective tissue. Hyaluronic acid is a buzz word in cosmetics commercials, but is also found in connective tissue. Bromelain is found in pineapples. Turmeric is a root similar to ginger that is also used as a spice. Boswellia is used to make frankincense, a soothing aromatic resin used in aromatherapy, fragrances, oils, soaps, skin treatments, and burned as incense. Black pepper extract is added to supplements that that are not easily absorbed by the body, and of course comes from black pepper that's commonly found in ground form next to salt and sprinkled on meals daily. Methylsulfonylmethane sounds chemically but is a compound that naturally occurs in the body.

A lot in one supplement, and a lot of capsules
I would say this eased up my fingers when typing and programming. With so many ingredients this might have a bit of a joint lubricating effect instead of just cartilage bolstering alone against impact. The downside is the amount of capsules daily is high needing 4 caps to only get 1g of Glucosamine where some research supports taking quantities of 4g daily on the upper limit in the same amount of capsules daily or getting 2g a day in less total caps. If you aren't taking a bunch of supplements then this could be a good move taking the shotgun approach but this addition into a supplement stack could be a lot of moving parts.Of course the good thing with such a spectrum of ingredients is you can cover the joints more holistically since some ingredients could be increasing chondrocyte proliferation in the cartilage, ligaments, or could be boosting circulating to the tissues, maybe hydrating them. There's a lot of factors and this perhaps can be a method to get a little bit of everything, but only a little bit. To get a high dose of these to their more clinically effective doses would make it even more capsules.
