Needs a teacher to go through it with you
I bought this for school (Year8) and it's really good at teaching arabic, but you'll need a teacher to help you learning arabic with this book as some pages are very hard to understand.

Utter rubbish!
Awful book. It is supposed to be for children (pre GCSE) yet the topics are outdated - what child is going to be interested in a whole section on nationalities/ almost like politics. Pages are presented in a very old fashioned way. Presentation is old fashioned - unattractive to use. Each section becomes too advanced too quickly - that would be fine if they explained the jump. Even my son's Arabic tutor agrees it's a poor book and decided to stop using it. Complete waste.
